IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:
- Items purchased from our website are returnable.
- Items must be in original condition: unused and in original packaging.
- For hygienic purposes, mouth mask & cosmetic related products are non-returnable.
- If your order has missing items or contains incorrect items, please contact customer service within 5-7 days of receiving your order.
- For all items packed with boxes, both item and its box must be returned in its original conditions.
- Item shall not be modified.
- Eincs reserve the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn't meet above conditions.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date the item is received.
- For a credit card refund, the item must be returned and received by Eincs within 14 days from the date you received the order.
- Eincs will process the compensation only when the return meets all of the above conditions.
Eincs reserve the rights to reject any refunds for opened or used product.
DEFECT / ERROR
In the rare case where we have made an error with your order, such as an incorrect item received or if the item received is defective, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details within 14 days of delivery:
- Order Number
- Pictures clearly showing the defect or wrong item received
Our Customer Care Team will get back to you within 1 working day.
Our standard procedure on errors would be to arrange a one on one exchange. If your item is no longer in stock, a refund will be offered.
WHAT RETURN OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Eincs offers 2 options to return your purchase:
Our return process is conducted primarily via post, if you wish to drop your return package at our office, kindly follow the same process and inform/email us at email@example.com.

For returns to be valid, the request for the return of items have to be submitted and mailed back within the stipulated time frame. All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and unfortunately we will not be able to refund duties and/or taxes.
Customers are advised to mail returns via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Eincs will not be liable for lost mail and returns will not be processed if the item does not reach us. All return packages are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns are final. Items you wish to repurchase will not be reserved/guaranteed.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
- To begin your return, go to customer support and click "Returns".
Fill up your Order Number and complete the form then select the items you want to return, and the reason why. Next, select your preferred Return Method:
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- For Credit Card Refund: Expect to receive the refund after the lapse of approximately 20 - 30 business days from the date you returned your items.
- For Self Drop Off At Our Office: Expect to receive the refund after the lapse of approximately 1 - 2 business days from the date you returned your items.
Please note, once a refund is made for the Credit Card Refund, it will only be reflected on your next billing statement.
