Eincs is founded by Darrick Heng and backed by an amazing team which does graphics, customer service, marketing, logistics, creative and operations.

What are your operating hours?

We work Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 6pm and all emails/enquiries will be responded within 48 hours. Please note that we don't attend to emails on weekends and on Public Holidays.

However, there might be days when we may take a little longer to reply all e-mails due to many unforeseen circumstances.

How do I subscribe the newsletter?

When are new items available? 

Be sure to check back regularly, we launch new arrivals weekly! 

Is Eincs available offline?

Currently we are not available offline. 

Where can I place my order?

Do I need to create an account to purchase from Eincs?

No, you can check out as guest. However, we strongly advise you to create an account with Eincs so you can keep track of your purchase history and it saves you a lot of time from filling in your address details every time you purchase from us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payments via Cash on Delivery,  Credit / Debit Card (Visa and Master Card), and Paypal Transactions for both local & international customers.

All transaction charges by PayPal will be fully absorbed by us. 

Can I reserve an item?

We do not accept any reservations. The items you add to your shopping bag will be kept for as long as the product is available. However, these items are not placed on hold and someone else may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.

I have made a few order transactions consecutively. Can I combine the postage fees and have the excess refunded?

We're sorry but we do not refund any postage charges if you have ordered consecutively.
In order to avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.



There was an error while I was checking out,  how do I know if the transaction went through or not?

1. Check "Order History"

2. Check the most recent order. Is it the one you just placed?

3. For further confirmation, please contact your bank to see if your card was charged, as your account balance will be reflected as soon as you have confirmed your order with us.

4. Email us at sales@eincs.sg.

How do I cancel my order?

  • To cancel your order, email us directly at sales@eincs.sg (Mon-Fri, 8:30 - 18:00) inform us of your order number.
  • Please note, once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Does my item qualify for a return/exchange? 

At Eincs, we accept returns for the following reasons :

1. An incorrect item

2. A defective item

3. Change of mind 

Customers must drop us an email within 14 working days upon receiving their parcel and all returns should be received by our returns department within an additional 7 working days from the above date. All items must be in brand new condition, with tag attached and in original packaging (without any stains, or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale.)

We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.

    How long does it take to receive my order? 

    • Home Delivery (Local): 2- 3 business days
    • Home Delivery (International) 7- 14 business days
    • Self pick up 1 - 2 business days
    • During the holidays, delivery may be delayed by an additional 1-3 business days. 

      How much will shipping cost? 

          We offer free delivery above $100.

          For orders under $100, will be charged a small shipping fee of  $
