GETTING STARTED

How do I register?

You can register yourselves or your company on our website.

Click on ‘Log In or ‘Sign Up’ found on the top right of our home page.

At the registration page, fill in the required fields (denoted by: *) and proceed to click on ‘Submit’.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email being sent to your email address that you had provided.

You are now ready to shop with us!


How do I update my personal details?

Once you have signed up, you can click on ‘My Account’ at the top right of the home page. After you have logged in to your account, you can edit your account

information such as address and mobile number by clicking on ‘Address Book’. Please call us at 6268 5855 during weekdays 9am to 6pm or email us at

sales@eincs.sg if you have any issues.

 

ORDERING

How to place an order?

Log in to your account by clicking ‘Log in’ on the upper right of the web pages.

You can browse for the products by categories. Otherwise, search for the products that you want by keying in the item brand and/or description keyword into the top search bar indicating “What are you looking for?”.

To add the products to your shopping cart, please select the quantities that you want and click on ‘Add to Cart’ below all items.

After selecting all the items, you can click on the shopping basket logo located at the upper right corner to view or change the items added to your shopping cart.

If you have a promotion/coupon code, enter it in the shopping cart and click ‘Apply Coupon’ to get discounts.

After you have reviewed and made adjustments to the selected items in your cart, you can click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to proceed with making of payment.

Fill inor select your billing address and click on ‘Continue’. Complete or select your delivery address if it differs from billing address and click on ‘Continue’.

Select shipping method and click on ‘Continue’.

Select mode of payment and click on ‘Continue’

Do a final check on the Checkout page and click ‘Confirm Order’ to continue.

An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email once the payment is done. Please note that the confirmation of receipt of orders does not guarantee stock availability.

Final receipt corresponding to the items delivered is provided upon delivery only.

You can check your order status on ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’ to ensure that your order has been processed.


What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value and we will deliver to you the items regardless of the quantities ordered.  Delivery charges may apply.

Can I place a bulk order?

Please send an email to sales@eincs.sg of the products and quantities that you would like to order. You may also call us at 6268 5855 during weekdays 9am to 6pm for bulk order requests.

For bulk order delivery, the delivery will only be completed on/after 3 working days upon receipt of order.

How do I cancel and make changes to my order?

Please send an email to sales@eincs.sg or call us at 6268 5855  during weekdays 9am to 6pm and at least 24 working hours in advance (prior to your scheduled delivery timing) and we will try our best to meet your requests.

Cancellation/amendment charges may apply depending on the order status.

Cancellation/amendment fee is S$10.

How can I check on my order?

You may check your order history after logging in by clicking ‘My Accounts’. Alternatively, you may send an email to sales@eincs.sg  or call us at 6268 5855 during weekdays 9am to 6pm if you have queries regarding your orders.

 

PAYMENT

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay easily via Paypal, Credit and Debit Cards from Visa, MasterCard, Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. Bank Transfer payment shall be made to OCBC account number 686409673001.

Corporate cheques need to be addressed to ‘EINCSMART’.

All payments are processed in Singapore Dollar.

Is it safe to shop on EINCS?

YES, definitely. We guarantee that every transaction you make at EincsMart is 100% secure. We take precautionary steps to protect your privacy and to safeguard your personal information that we received. You are protected from any unauthorised charges made to your card.

As a fraud-preventive measure, you will receive a confirmation email sent to your registered email once your order is confirmed. Please contact your respective bank immediately if you did not approve any transactions. Also, please inform us through writing to sales@eincs.sg to highlight to us any fraudulent transactions.

 

PRODUCTS

How do I find special promotions and discounts?

You will see our best offers and deals on our homepage and throughout our webpages. Click on‘Promotions’, ‘Weekly Specials’, ‘Bulk Specials’ and ‘Festive Sales’ etc. to find out the best deals in town.

Do you check on the legal age of purchasers for alcohol?

All alcohol must be purchased by person aged 18 and above only. We reserve the right to request for a valid photo identity proof to verify that the recipient is 18 years old and above. The site contains information and references to liquor and alcohol. Purchasing from this site confirms that you are of legal drinking age of 18 years old and above.

What is the exchange and return policy?

All issues must be reported to EincsMart by email or phone call within 3 working days of your items delivery completion date. Please email us at sales@eincs.sg or call us at 6268 5855 during weekdays from 9am to 6pm. We will try out best to resolve all matters and we seek your cooperation to keep the products in their original packaging.

What can I do if I received a damaged/wrong/missing item?

Our sincere apologies! Please inform us within 3 working days of your items delivery completion date. Please email us at sales@eincs.sg or call us at 6268 5855 during weekdays from 9am to 6pm. We will check on the situation and exchange/refund to you on a case-to-case basis.

 

DELIVERY

Do you deliver to my area?

Our delivery service in only available within mainland Singapore and Sentosa Island only. For delivery requests to Jurong Island, please email us at sales@eincs.sg or call us at 6268 5855 during weekdays from 9am to 6pm.

Delivery address must be a proper Residential or Commercial Office address. If your premises require a special pass for entry, please inform us in advance at
6268 5855 or email to us at sales@eincs.sg

EincsMart reserve the rights to reject any delivery address without giving any explanation.

What is your delivery timing?

All delivery slots are subjected to availability upon checking-out.

Our delivery service is available from 10am to 8pm from Monday to Sunday, except Public Holiday.

For bulk orders, please allow minimally 3 working days for us to process and delivery date can only be 3 working days from order placement date.

Your items will be delivered to you earliest on the next 5 working days between 10am to 8pm.


Is there same day delivery?

Yes, you can enjoy same-day delivery if you place an order before 1pm from Monday to Friday (subjected to availability), except Public Holiday. The delivery timing is at least 3 hours after order placement time and subjected to availability. Please call us at 6268 5855 if you have an urgent delivery request and we will put in our best efforts to meet your needs.

What are your delivery charges?

If your order is S$150 and above, delivery is absolutely FREE! If your order is below S$150, we charge a flat fee of S$15 per delivery trip.

For bulk orders, the delivery fee is S$25.

Additional delivery charges may apply for any special arrangements such as timing and location etc. Special request is subjected to EincsMart approval on a case-to-case basis.

What if I am not around when you deliver the items?

Please email us at sales@eincs.sg or call us at 6268 5855 if you will like to arrange for a re-delivery. Kindly note that for normal orders, there will be additional re-delivery fees of S$15 chargeable after first unsuccessful delivery attempt. There will be additional re-delivery fees of S$25 chargeable for bulk orders after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Your family members or representative may receive your items on your behalf and to sign on the delivery form on your behalf.
